- About the roleAre you a highly organized and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a talent for bringing people together? ATB is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Team Member Experience Program Delivery team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of complex end user technology projects. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, to define project goals, develop comprehensive plans, and manage resources effectively. Your ability to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication will be essential to driving projects from initiation to completion.
- AccountabilitiesKey areas of responsibility include:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the necessary resources, timelines, and budgets required to deliver exceptional end-user experiences.
- Investigate business problems with inquisitiveness, actively seeking deeper insights to optimize team member experiences.
- Continuously focus on enhancing end-user experiences, driving improvements through innovative solutions and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with various teams, including People, Place and Spaces, Business, Every Day Financial, and external stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and understanding among all parties involved.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and empowerment to achieve project milestones effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of key achievements, potential risks, financial status, and any deviations from the initial project plan.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills beyond job requirements, demonstrating effective communication, active listening, empathy, and the ability to build strong working relationships with diverse individuals and teams.
- Skills, experience & requirements- 5+ years experience leading information technology projects.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and thrive in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in a variety of project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving organizational change.
