Since 2020, ClearEstate offers technology-enabled services, designed to handle all estate planning and settlement needs. We are building an end-to-end tech-enabled service to alleviate the procedural and emotional burdens of estate planning and settlement.

**What we're looking for**

As Head of Marketing reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, you will:

- **Build, manage and coach** the ClearEstate marketing team in areas such as content, graphic design, marketing automation, events, performance marketing, and social media campaigns;
- **Own Customer Acquisition Cost (CaC)** keeping a constant eye on controlling and reducing all leading metrics that feed it;
- **Improve and scale lead generation effort**, from online marketing campaigns to events including trade shows, print marketing campaigns, and report on relevant metrics;
- **Orchestrate complex omni-channel B2C marketing campaigns** spanning across Search, Display, Social, Direct marketing and other offline channels;
- **Roll out omnichannel ABM campaigns** to influence and activate channel sales and partner networks (B2B2C);
- **Own and evolve** brand management and corporate identity;
- **Collaborate** with key stakeholders on all deliverables in content marketing, white papers, case studies, and blog articles.

**Who you are**
- **Over 10 years of working with fast-paced teams** in marketing, ideally in a Series B-C company;
- **3+ years** of successfully supporting partnership teams at **activating B2B2C lead-gen partners** using a pull strategy;
- Proven experience developing **marketing plans** and **omni-channel campaigns**;
- Strong **project management skills**, you thrive in organizing **complex** and **chaotic **situations;
- **Metrics-driven** marketing mind with an **eye for creativity** - you **live in Excel** AND you **can recognize well-thought out designs**;
- Experience **managing marketing vendors**;
- Exceptionally strong **understanding of the full funnel** and the levers within your control to **optimize conversion**;
- Strong **analytical** and **people management** skills;
- Excellent **English **verbal and interpersonal communication skills (**French an asset**);
- Successfully managed **5 or more marketing experts** for **more than 4 years**;
- Familiarity with content, social media, graphic design, event planning, branding, public relations, and traditional media.
