**Position Overview**: Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the restaurant. The incumbent will ensure that the establishment runs efficiently, delivers excellent customer service, meets financial targets, and maintains high-quality standards. The Restaurant Operations Manager will lead a team of staff members and collaborate with various departments to achieve overall business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and productivity.

**Customer Service Excellence**: Set high service standards and ensure they are consistently met. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, striving to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

**Operational Efficiency**: Oversee all restaurant operations to maximize efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards.

**Financial Management**: Develop and manage the restaurant's budget. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, taking corrective actions to meet financial targets and increase revenue.

**Quality Control**: Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet established standards. Implement quality control measures to consistently deliver exceptional menu items.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and cleanliness standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

**Menu Development and Pricing**: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that appeal to customers and align with the restaurant's brand. Set menu prices based on cost analysis and market trends.

**Marketing and Promotion**: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase brand visibility.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

**Scheduling**: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours while managing labor costs effectively.

**Training and Development**: Implement ongoing training programs for staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.

**Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, demonstrating successful leadership and operational skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, customer preferences, and market competition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,163.84-$69,167.50 per year
