- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
- Create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
