**Responsabilités essentielles**:

- Assurer le suivi des clients pour prendre des rendez-vous.
- Informer les clients des rappels, de la maintenance en usine, et commander les pièces en conséquence pour les rendez-vous.
- Maintenir la communication avec les membres des départements des pièces, du service et des ventes afin d'assurer une bonne coordination pour les livraisons des ventes.
- Traiter les ordres de travail internes
- Répondre à tous les courriels, appels téléphoniques et rendez-vous en ligne des clients de manière professionnelle.
- Établir la confiance et maintenir une relation d'affaires solide avec les clients.

- Expérience exceptionnelle en matière de service à la clientèle
- Organisé et orienté vers les processus
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique
- Excellentes aptitudes téléphoniques
- Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Expérience de l'utilisation de CDK est un atout
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up with customers to book appointments.
- Advise clients of recalls, factory maintenance, and order parts accordingly for appointments.
- Maintain communication with members of parts, service and sales departments to ensure smooth coordination for sales deliveries.
- Process internal work orders
- Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with customers.

**You should have/be**:

- High energy with a history of success
- Exceptional customer service background
- Organized and process oriented
- Good computer skills
- Great phone skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Experience using CDK is an asset
- Bilingual (English & French) is required
