This Production Technician will ensure that all work is completed in a professional and timely manner and while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Splice fiberoptic cables
- Solder electrical and PCB cable assemblies
- Crimp cables
- Prepare, assemble and repair products and parts of varying complexityArrange and organize optical fiber inside products
- Align optical switches
- Test and troubleshoot products and record description of rework activities and results
- Create test reports
- Program PCB’s
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock of necessary parts
- Organize components by creating PIN and ensuring proper storage
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other job related duties as assigned

**Position Requirements**
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- Time management skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills in data entry, MS Word and Excel
