- **Annual Base Salary**: $75,300 - $82,700

**Salesforce Administrator**:
Safe Software is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Information Services team for a 13-month contract (maternity leave coverage). As a Salesforce Administrator, you will provide support to internal employees from: designing and building automated and screen flows to conducting data clean up and day-to-day troubleshooting. You will be the first line of support in resolving data integrity, dashboard, and reporting challenges of key stakeholders from various teams at Safe.

**About The Team**:
As a part of the small, but capable Salesforce team within our Information Services group, you’ll collaborate with our Salesforce Architect and various teams across Safe Software from Marketing to Customer Success, and Sales.

The Salesforce team is responsible for championing the front-end configuration of the various Salesforce Cloud Apps including Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Salesforce Community and Live Agent, and assisting and encouraging best practices to keep the data collection, management and integrity of our enterprise data clean and accessible for stakeholder success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on:

- Report building and dashboard creation and optimization;
- Profile analysis and permissions audits;
- GUI and front-end configuration;
- Account integrity, deduplication, field audits and data cleanup;
- Community configuration tuning and support;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required skills**:

- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Must be a committed, enthusiastic team player with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Business management skills, or the willingness to learn them.
- Ability to adopt collaborative mindsets.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate.
- Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand requirements and pain points.

**Desired skills / Bonus points**:

- Degree or Diploma in business or technology field or equivalent work experience (e.g. Business Analyst or Data Analyst)
- Salesforce Certification(s) (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Trailhead badges
- Ability to prepare and analyze data in a logical manner and be able to summarize findings to both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data cleansing and data manipulation).
