As a Manager, Home Product, you will lead a team responsible of the growth and profitability of the home product line of the business. You will contribute to the sucess of your team by managing and delivering multiple projects and offering coaching and mentoring to your direct reports.

**How you will create impact**:

- Providing leadership in consolidation feedback, developing recommendations for improvements and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure solutions.
- Implementing and managing resource planning to meet project and budget allocation requirements.
- Assigning leads to projects and initiatives, including monitoring and adjusting priorities to ensure achievement of key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.
- Building effective business relationships with key stakeholders and resolving complex product inquiries.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

**To join our team**:

- You have seven years of Product experience and five years of leadership experience.
- You have post-secondary education in Insurance or a related discipline.
- You have the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and having the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation is an asset.
- You have strong knowledge of project management strategies, principles and discipline, organizational strategic goals and Actuarial rate making process.
