**Administrative Skills**:
Flow State is Searching for a responsible employee who is passionate about health, wellness and Floating We are looking for applicants who are conscientious, value peace, are able to hold calm space for Clients coming in for their Float Experience. The Flow State Facilitator should be personable, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly and efficiently when needed.

**General Job Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Welcoming Clients for their Float, ensuring Clients have signed Waiver, Checking Clients In, Touring the Facility, Ensuring First Time Clients are comfortable with preparing for their Float, Answering any questions about the Floating Process. Our Client Relationships are a very important aspect of this Job. Clients should feel Welcome, Safe, and Comfortable with their Float Experience.
- Laundry: Gathering Laundry from Suites after Client’s Float, Starting the Washing Machine and Dryer, Swapping Linens, Folding and Rolling linens as demonstrated.
- Cleaning Suites between Floats: Inspect inside of float room, Use Pool Skimmer to remove any debris, Wipe inside of Door and Frame, Disinfecting all surfaces, ensuring all dry salt is cleaned of walls and shelves, Disinfect Shower Walls and Floors, Dry Shower with used Towels, Re-Stock Amenities, Vacuum Floor.
- Beauty Bar: Ensure Bar is Cleaned, Supplies Stocked and Cords Wrapped.
- Community Area: Wash Cups and Infusers in Between Every Float, Ensure Labels are Readable, Ensure Hot Water Dispenser and Water Filter are Full, Water Plants as Needed, Ensure the environment is up to standards, well-kept, and tidy for Clients to relax after their Floats. Fill Brochures
- Reception Area: Keep Desk Area Clean, Re-Fill and Re-Sticker Ear Plugs, Fill Brochures, Stock Slippers for Next Float, Vacuum Floor as Needed.

**General Qualifications for All Employees**

**Customer Service Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to greet clients warmly, answer questions, and handle any concerns or issues effectively.
- Ability to Ensure Information is passed along effectively and efficiently to the clients during First Float Tour, answering any questions that come up.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

**Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulousness in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the float rooms and common areas.
- Ability to follow protocols for cleaning and sanitizing float tanks and other equipment.

**Physical Stamina**:

- Ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting (e.g., supplies, equipment) and standing for extended periods.
- Problem-Solving Skills:

- Ability to handle unexpected situations or client issues calmly and efficiently.
- Quick thinking and resourcefulness.

**Specific Role Qualifications**

**Front Desk/Receptionist**
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, managing appointments, and handling payments.
- Organizational skills for managing client records and administrative tasks.
- Communication Skills:

- Sales and Marketing Awareness:

- Ability to promote services and products offered by the float center.
- Experience in upselling memberships or packages.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of how float tanks operate, including knowledge of filtration systems.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques for float tanks and facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.

**Cleaning**:

- Previous Spa/Hospitality Industry Experience is considered an asset.
- Meticulous attention to detail, including moving furniture to clean.

**Pool & Spa Maintenance**:

- Previous Experience with Pool & Spa Maintenance is Not Necessary but is considered an Asset.

**Educational Background**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
