Johnstone Supply is looking for a **Full-time Territory Sales Manager **to join our team in Windsor.

As part of the outside sales team, you will promote and sell all products and services distributed by the company to dealers and contractors in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing new business as well as strengthening and growing customer relationships. You will be promoting residential and commercial equipment, parts, supplies and services to dealers and contractors of all sizes. You will be responsible for prospecting daily and developing new business.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Source and prospect new clients who will benefit from our products and customer service
- Provide exceptional after sales and service support at every interaction
- General management of company's accounts
- Ability to create plans and timelines from task lists
- Skill in allocating and managing time to highest priorities
- Ability to execute and implement sales programs
- Ability to identify internal stakeholders and actions they need to take to meet customer needs, and delegate accordingly
- Ability to use systems to track and follow up on action items
- Ability to identify and use resources to maintain industry, business, wholesale, sales process and HVAC/R technical knowledge and expertise.
- Promote and sell products and services
- Ability to comfortably navigate negotiations for win-win results.
- Ability to incorporate a sense of urgency into customer decision making.
- Ability to professionally approach new customers.

**Education, Experience & Other Skills**
- Post secondary, or professional experience equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HVAC/R
- Minimal of 5 years selling experience
- Knowledge of HVAC/R wholesale distribution business, customer business operations, and factors influencing profit and loss
- Knowledge of internal company operations, programs, services, capabilities, and differentiators
- Mechanical aptitude, or the ability to understand how machines and tools are used to accomplish work (an asset)

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
