**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to dispatch operations and customer service metrics.
- Continuously strive to improve dispatch processes and customer service practices.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
- 2+ years of proven experience in dispatching preferably within the material handling or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and Excel/Work/Microsoft Outlook etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily handle high-pressure situations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- dispatching: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
