**Requirements**:

- BC Security License
- Written and oral communication skills
- Resident within Greater Victoria area
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Able to do foot patrol and stand for long periods of time

**The Role**

Themis Security is currently looking to find a dedicate Site Supervisor to work on various site locations, depending on the requirements of the site. Your specific responsibilities will vary depending on the site but you will always be:

- Assisting Clients/guests with special needs or requirements
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and/or machinery
- Monitor quality of reporting produced by site guards, and follow up as needed
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports to Management and Clients
- Resolve work related problems
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (when needed) activities of workers
- Train staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures and company policies

As an On-Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people while maintaining communication throughout your shift with a Team Lead and/or Dispatch.

- You must work at least 24 hour per week and be employed for over 90 days in order to qualify.

**Shifts**
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Overnight availability - Themis Security is a 24/7 operation, preference will be given to those with a flexible schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
