**About us**

Drive Co. is a transportation company which operates in all Canadian Provinces and all over US. We operates between all points with in the lower mainland and run highway trucks from Vancouver to all points within Canada & US. Our fleet consists of Hwy and local tandem axle trucks, and 53’ tandem Reefers, Dry Vans and Flat Decks.

**Duties**:

- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks including Payroll, A/P, A/R.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
- Assist with data entry and data management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding A/P & A/R..
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks
