Accounts Payable Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling, preparing and issuing cheques
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Coding and reconciling credit card statements
- Reconcile outstanding receivers, PO's and invoices
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
- Reconcile and remittance of expense reports
- Filing of paid invoices
- Complete special projects as assigned
**Experience**:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity or working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
