Some of the tasks include:
Develops communications and marketing strategies. Leads and delivers communications, marketing, digital and creative services. The incumbent will require the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, manage their own workload, and effectively prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail is critical. Organization and strategic planning are both involved in this position, as well as promotion through social media, print, and traditional media platforms. The incumbent will create and maintain websites for projects, as required. The incumbent will help plan events and tours, prepare and administer surveys for administrative and strategic purposes.

Duties
- Creation, implementation, and continual updating of the marketing and communication strategy
- Conceptualizes and develops integrated communications strategies, ideas, and opportunities. Develops key messages and strategies to communicate complex information to multiple audiences and constituencies. which align with the priorities and brand.
- Regular posting and organizing of social media posts (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- WODIL and CeFIE Network website maintenance.
- Promotion - video, graphic design, etc.

Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

Tracks sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.

Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.

Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data.

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

**Skills required**:
Experience in marketing or a related field

Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Digital/Social Media Marketing

Market segmentation

Marketing research

Coordination

Project management

Reporting research results

Familiar with SalesForce Marketing Tool

Ability to design graphics would be a plus.

**Other preferred qualities**:
Preferences would be given to Youth with disabilities, Black and other racialized youth, and Indigenous youth.

MUST be age 15yrs - 30yrs, a Permanent Residence or a Canadian Citizen

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
