Welcome to Botanica by Cavana Ridge. This beautiful covered patio delivers lovely al fresco dining experience to our guests ( open to the public). This hybrid seasonal position is to assist the needs of both the kitchen and the front of the patio of the restaurant (wherever you are needed). This position would be great for someone who enjoys helping out where needed. Service and or kitchen experience would be an asset but not required. Great position for semi-retired or ambitious student summer position who is happy with just part time hours from May 24 to Labor Day Week-end. Benefits Include Discount Spa/ Salon Services, product discounts.

This position will include:

- Assist In food preparation for Kitchen
- Assist In Plating in Food
- Garnishing Food
- Washing Dishes
- Ensuring Proper Shut Down of Kitchen/ and or Patio.
- Ensuring Quality Control of Final Plate Presentation
- Helping Service Guests in Botanica
- Assist in Cocktail Making
- Assisting where ever may be needed.
- Everything would be trained.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
