We’re looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable. Who is task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. - Experience leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
- Eagerness to train, mentor, and manage your team on sales, marketing, and prospecting
- Execution of marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive membership sales
- Confidence to perform on a guaranteed salary along with an incentive-based bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Passion for health and wellness
- Dedicated team player
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
