**Position Summary**

This individual is someone "in training" to be a studio manager within the next 1-2 years. Their main role is to assist in running the Life Time Classes business at the club, which could include (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training). This individual should exemplify the skills in execution of operational SOPs to ensure safe class experiences, developing best in class performers, building communities, and teaching classes.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Scout talent, interviews, and assists with our certification process
- Provides feedback and tools to help team members improve their skill sets, with follow-up
- Reinforces expectations, and ensuring that the clubs are running our re-open play to a "T"
- Steps in to assist GF attendants during prime time turnover of classes
- Develops positive relationships with members and team members while building communities
- Communicates to the team company and our club intitiatives
- Assses the needs for class adds, and follows through the proper requests to ensure an optimized schedule
- Teaches classes

**Position Requirements**
- National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification
- 1 or more years of leadership or managerial work
- Proven successful collaboration with team members
- Proven background in building high performing teams, with te ability to mentor and cultivate the career path of team members
- Proficient in social media and technology
