In 2020, we reset and refocused the business around the Toronto facilities for cookies, while adding rolled dough products with an excellent reputation and distribution across the US retailers, to our portfolio.

In March 2021, US Waffle, leader in pancakes & waffles joined the Cerelia family; in June 2021, we opened a new, state-of-the art, 150,000 sqft factory in Columbus, Ohio.

Cérélia continues to strengthen the relationship with its strategic customers across multiple distribution channels: food service, in store bakeries, retailers, clubs, convenience stores, and industrial partners.

**Primary Responsibilities**

The Demand & Supply Manager is responsible for end-to-end Supply & Demand activities pertaining to Cerelia’s Cookie platform located in Toronto. His/her goal is to ensure packaging and raw materials are ordered and delivered on time based on the demand forecast. The incumbent will pro-actively work with the sales and production team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities** (including but not limited to):

- Responsible to maintain adequate level of inventory of finished goods and raw material based on target rotation
- Owner of all the replenishment activities for the site of Cerelia in Toronto
- Owner of the S&OP process and demand forecast
- Masterdata activities related to items, vendors
- Owner of the demand & supply plan based on the consolidated demand forecast and the operational constraints
- Connects daily with Production, Sales, Supply Chain to ensure availability of production components
- Create a short term to 18 month rolling forecast using historical sales data, market indicators, promotional planning information and other decision variables identified

**Entrance Qualifications**
- University degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain
- Position is 100% onsite
- Comfortable walking the manufacturing floor 5 days per week
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with advance Excel and PowerPoint
- 5-7 years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment
- Food Service / Retail Industry Experience: brings a thorough, yet modern approach to food services and/or retail, ideally a proven and well-respected entity in the groce
