**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**Start Date: February 3, 2025**
- **SIGN is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, resourceful and knowledgeable individual, who would be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Family Support Program, including policy and procedure implementation; supporting and managing the staff requirements; assisting the Case Management Coordinator and the Administrative Assistant; completing reports and paperwork requirements of the position; ensuring contract compliance.**_

**Qualifications and experience**:
- A Human Service Certificate, Diploma or Degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education;
- A minimum of one to two years’ experience in a management role and/or supervising and coaching employee development;
- Experience in social assistance, program implementation, case management, documentation and file maintenance;
- A recent (6 months or less), clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check;
- Certifications and licensing with appropriate regulatory bodies as required;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal motor vehicle.

**Duties**
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in budgeting to achieve financial goals.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong skills in cash handling, budgeting, and basic math for financial reporting.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to train others in best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
