**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Create a best-in-class customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents.
- Provide leadership and coaching to a team of leasing specialists, maintenance associates, and administrators.
- Develop sound relationships across the organization and with external contractors and vendors.
- Ensure all maintenance and repairs are conducted in a safe, timely, and cost-efficient manner.
- Maintain properties by investigating and resolving resident complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, instructing repairs, and planning renovations.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resident experience in the management of our portfolios.
- Ensure that an annual maintenance budget and plan are developed and followed and that cost targets are within budget.
- Other duties as required.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Certified property manager or accredited residential/commercial manager preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must have a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
