Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will assist in developing and providing customer solutions including day-to-day transactions, account management, and increased customer services across all channels.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Complete accurate transactions in an effective and precise manner with an attention to detail;
- Provide a high level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectations and enhances the relationship with the client;
- Act as the key individual to provide expert knowledge relating to products and services for new and existing clients;
- Adapt and deal effectively with a wide variety of situations and assist with complex customer issues by providing favorable solutions;
- Take ownership to resolve issues from the beginning to end and efficiently resolve issues during the first contact;
- Actively listen to customers and offer solutions (products and services) which cater to customer needs;
- Assist with the development and implementation of programs specific to various campaigns throughout the year;
- Provide recommendations for improvements and participate in process improvement initiatives;
- Special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Required Skills / Abilities:

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Ensures and maintains client satisfaction with the product and services offered
- Clearly conveys information using the tools necessary, engaging the audience to ensure the message is delivered and understood, creating a positive customer experience with confidence and respect
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times
- Preserves effectiveness, drive and focus for extended periods of time, while maintaining composure in stressful or adverse situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (French and English)
