We are recruiting for Wildfire Response Technicians to support First Response, a Canadian business unit under Ambipar Response.

**First Response** are your experts in emergency response and planning for Canadian Energy plants and sites. Our team is made up of dedicated active emergency personnel, who not only have experience in the petroleum and energy sectors, but municipal governments and other industrial sectors.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in fire prevention and inspection programs
- Rescue fire victims, and administer emergency medical aid
- Operate pumps connected to high-pressure hoses
- Organize fire caches, positioning equipment for the most effective response

**Qualifications required**
- Current wildfire S-100 / NFPA 1051
- Posses the physical capabilities necessary to meet rigorous demands encountered while fighting wildland fires.
- Ability
- ICS 100
- Current OFA Level 1
- Valid class 5 driver's license with 6 or less points
- WHMIS, H2S Alive
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Industrial experience will be considered an asset but not essential
- Working knowledge with the following programs - SharePoint, Excel, Google, WhatsApp
- Canadian Safety Council UTV Operator
- Confined space rescue, operations level
- Physically fit and capable of performing a rescue
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented

**Compensation & Details**
- Work Locations - Lower Main Land
- Pre-employment D&A testing is a condition of employment
- Job type - Full time Seasonal
- Schedule - Day and night shifts, 12 hour shifts, 7/7, 14/14
- Supplemental pay types - Overtime Averaging
- Salary - $30 + Depending on Qualification
