En tant que People Solutions Partner - Canada Payroll, vous relèverez du People Solution Center Lead US, Canada & LATAM et vous ferez partie de l'équipe du People Solution Center. Vous soutiendrez toutes les activités liées à la paie au Canada, au temps et aux présences, à l'administration des régimes de retraite et aux services de réinstallation pour l'entreprise. En mettant l'accent sur le client, vous gérerez tous les tickets de gestion de cas de manière rapide et précise et développerez des relations exceptionnelles basées sur la livraison et la confiance.

Responsabilités clés:

- Traiter la paie en temps opportun et avec précision pour ~650 employés canadiens.
- Prendre en charge la résolution des problèmes régionaux et s'assurer que les causes profondes sont examinées et résolues.
- Travailler en partenariat avec la communauté RH sur des projets, des initiatives et la promotion de Workday Direct Access.
- Maintenir et traiter les prestations de retraite et coordonner avec les fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux pour s'assurer que les avantages sociaux des employés sont activés et gérés conformément aux plans et politiques d'avantages sociaux. En outre, vous gérez tous les rapports réglementaires par pays pour les avantages sociaux à déposer dans le respect des délais.
- Administration et coordination entre les opérations RH et le fournisseur de paie (BPO provider) pour assurer le flux et la maintenance des données des employés (y compris la préparation/distribution de rapports détaillés, par exemple les heures supplémentaires, les soldes de congés, et les rapports de contribution à la retraite.
- Gérer le fournisseur de paie en fonction des entrées et des approbations et veiller à ce que les approbations et les paiements soient effectués en temps voulu. Travailler en partenariat avec les services financiers sur le paiement des salaires et tous les paiements et rapports de paie pertinents. S'assurer que les contrôles convenus des vérifications de la paie et des preuves à l'appui sont enregistrés par cycle de paie.
- Avoir un état d'esprit d'amélioration continue pour soutenir d'autres changements efficaces et efficients aux processus, procédures et contrôles des RH.
- Optimiser les processus actuels par le biais de la cartographie des processus, de la documentation et de l'automatisation (en partenariat avec l'informatique pour les intégrations).
- Mettre en place un système global de conformité et d'audit - en veillant à ce que tous les processus et les fonctions soient correctement approuvés et accompagnés de documents justificatifs.
- Tâches ad hoc selon la transformation et les exigences des RH

Préféré:
Baccalauréat en RH, en finances ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.

4+ ans d'expérience dans un bureau des RH ou des finances servant dans la paie, les systèmes et l'administration.

Exigences linguistiques : Anglais /Français

Expérience du système de paie Desjardins et UKG préférée

Expérience de Workday fortement préférée.

Expérience dans un environnement de services partagés ou de Global Business Service (GBS).

Hautement organisé, orienté vers les détails, multitâche et capacité à établir des priorités.

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite.

Capacité à travailler confortablement dans un environnement où le temps est compté.

Esprit curieux pour remettre en question les méthodes de travail traditionnelles, avec un excellent sens des affaires pour appliquer vos connaissances, le cas échéant, afin d'apporter de meilleures solutions et idées.
