**Conditions de travail**:
Le personnel d’ARAISA travaille dans un environnement de travail hybride, qui comprend un minimum de deux jours par semaine dans les bureaux d’ARAISA, ainsi que des réunions régulières en personne avec l’ensemble du personnel, conformément à notre manuel de politique des ressources humaines, qui peut être mis à jour périodiquement
Des déplacements dans la région de l’Atlantique peuvent être exigés à l’occasion
**L’OPPORTUNITÉ**
L’Association des agences au service des immigrants de la région atlantique est à la recherche d’un coordonnateur ou d’une coordonnatrice aux communications pour rejoindre son équipe en expansion.
La personne titulaire du poste de coordonnateur-trice aux communications rendra compte à la personne responsable des communications et travaillera en collaboration avec cette dernière. Les besoins d'ARAISA en matière de communication augmentent, et ce poste sera essentiel pour aider à maintenir, développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies, des politiques, des processus et des activités de communication internes et externes.

ARAISA est un organisme-cadre sans but lucratif qui fait office de voix collective et de forum pour ses membres, qui se consacrent à l’établissement et à l’intégration des immigrant-e-s et des réfugié-e-s dans la région de l’Atlantique. ARAISA s’efforce d’accroître l’efficacité de ses membres par ses initiatives de soutien au secteur et ses contributions aux forums régionaux et nationaux.
ARAISA fournit des occasions de développement professionnel et de réseautage, facilite l’échange d’information et de ressources, dirige des groupes de travail sectoriels, organise des réunions avec des personnes clés et représente ses membres par ses liens avec des organismes nationaux, dans le but d’exercer une influence positive sur les politiques et les pratiques d’établissement et d’intégration.

**RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES**
- Concevoir des supports de communication et de marketing tels que, mais sans s'y limiter : rapports, bannières, programmes, brochures, infographies, certificats, vidéos, PPT, scripts.
- Gérer et maintenir les sites Web et les cours en ligne d'ARAISA.
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs-trices des sites Web et des cours en ligne d'ARAISA.
- Créer et distribuer les campagnes de marketing par courriel d'ARAISA, telles que, mais sans s'y limiter : les bulletins d'information, la promotion des événements et des cours, et gérer les différentes audiences et listes.
