**Responsibilities**:
- Build positive customer relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on communication and transparency
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate leads
- Assist the company in providing customers with a high standard of service and technical support
- Develop & present a variety of status reports; including projected budgets, travel plans, sales activity, customer satisfaction, on time delivery, etc.
- Laisse with production management on timelines and production capacity and relay information to customers as required.
- Identify and resolve client concerns drawing on our teams experience and skills
- Plan and implement sales/marketing strategies
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel when needed
- All other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, AME, sales/marketing, business or related field is an asset
- Minimum five years combined related experience
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure and close deals
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with BAE 146/RJ, Dash 8 or Beechcraft is an asset
- Knowledge and experience in the aircraft component repair and overhaul industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Canadian passport with the ability to travel overseas
Additional Details
Location: Calgary, AB
Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday; Occasional overnight travel; Weekends as required
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on relevant experience
