**WELCOME TO TEAM NOBLE**:

When you join Noble as a participant in our Sales Development Program, you will be provided personalized training and development, comprehensive industry knowledge, and business expertise so that you can grow into and succeed as a world-class sales professional. You will receive support from industry leading professionals who will act as coaches and mentors to guide you towards your career trajectory.
**JOB OVERVIEW**:

The Sales Development Program is an opportunity for recent graduates to complete a comprehensive program that is designed to prepare you for a sales position in our extensive network. The program will take you through four core areas of our business including warehousing, counter sales, inside and account management training.

Qualifications:
- Completion of College Diploma or University Degree
- Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills
- Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self-motivation
- Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario
- Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
