Are you interested? We are looking for our next **Agent** **to join our* Pricing* department in Montreal or Toronto.

**Your main tasks will be to**:

- Enter pricing data into spreadsheets, systems or databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Follow up quotations - communicate directly with the client, agent or sales representative to obtain feedback on provided quotations.
- Advise the Pricing Agent responsible for the quote of the feedback obtained.
- Prepare and provide accurate pricing quotes for shipments to clients (internal and external), (considering factors to include Incoterms, Mode of Transport, weight, dimensions & volume).
- Assist the Pricing Team with RFQs (Request for Quotations). Request pricing from suggested suppliers, organize, analyze and log costs received.
- Classify and file supplier rate sheets and back up information for access in the internal system
- Perform other related tasks

**What we are looking for**:

- You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with future colleagues and customers based anywhere in Canada and the world.
- You have a degree in logistics or a related field.
- You have similar experience with an international forwarder.
- CIFFA certification is an asset.
- You enjoy teamwork, challenges and customer service.
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented and autonomous.
