We are currently hiring a full-time **Property & Maintenance Coordinator.** To be successful in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

**What we expect from you**:

- Maintain the cleanliness of dealership floors, bathrooms, and garbage disposal areas.
- Use a company vehicle to deliver parts locally 2-3 times per week.
- Assist with greeting service guests during peak morning hours.
- Provide occasional support with customer shuttle services.
- Monitor and order supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, and cleaning products.
- Change filters in the facility’s air filtration system.
- Perform seasonal snow removal tasks, including shoveling, salting, and snow blowing (a commercial service handles the majority of this work).
- Handle lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and watering.
**We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables**:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physical stamina for tasks like snow removal, lawn care, and cleaning.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
