**About Us**:
Rebalance Vintage is a leading sustainable fashion brand committed to creating stylish, eco-friendly clothing. We believe in fashion that not only looks good but also does good for the planet. Our brand focuses on vintage drops and sustainable clothing items, catering to the conscious consumer who values both style and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shooting product reels showcasing vintage drops and sustainable clothing items
- Editing all reel footage to align with trending audio on Instagram and TikTok
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the videos effectively promote our brand and products
- Ensuring high-quality video production that reflects the aesthetics and values of our brand
- Assisting with the scheduling of reels on social media platforms

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in shooting and editing
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends, particularly in the realm of fashion and lifestyle content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency in video content
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for sustainability and interest in promoting eco-friendly fashion

**Schedule**:

- 10-15 hours per week
- Shoots every other Sunday, with the possibility of additional shoots on some Sundays
- In office work on Mondays or Thursdays
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional changes in schedule

**Compensation**:

- $20 per hour
