We ❤ data. As our **Data Analyst**, you'll work with our world-class Customer Operations and Product teams. Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer, you'll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more.

**REQUIREMENTS**

As a** Data Analyst**, you would join our small, but mighty team of data scientists and analysts who work company-wide to understand our customers, build impactful products, help make data-driven decisions, and inform the company's strategy

**The skills required for this role -**
- You have 3+ years experience in Data Analytics
- You know how to write SQL queries and use them to analyze data and answer complex business problems
- You have hands-on experience working with Looker, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or other industry standard data analytics tools
- You can build comprehensive dashboards with metrics relevant to your stakeholders (Product, Customer Experience, etc.)
- You are very strong at using data to create a narrative for business stakeholders
- You can find strong signals in the noise and can work in a fast-moving and sometimes a new or developing data environment
- You have a good understanding of product development, customer experience, and data science
- You are a strong, clear communicator
- You thrive in a fast-paced, geographically-distributed environment

**Bonus points -**
- You have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- You know how to use Python
- Your background is in management consulting, ecommerce, SaaS or Venture Capital
- You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- You come from a family of small business owners
- You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional). You've lived a life that is different, where you've been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself

- **Market range for this role at NorthOne is $90,000 - $110,000. **This market range is based on total compensation (vs. only base salary), which is in line with our compensation philosophy.
