RightRide Edmonton Head Office is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our dealerships' marketing efforts through effective Paid Media strategies. As Paid Media plays a vital role in our growth strategy, your expertise in managing platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads to drive performance-oriented results will be invaluable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize and manage various advertising accounts by analyzing keywords, ad copy, and analytics. Implement necessary changes and provide budget management suggestions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop media buying strategies and plans that can be clearly communicated to the team and clients, with specific goals.
- Set up and structure new ads across advertising platforms.
- Obtain and maintain certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook.
- Work with creative teams to enhance campaign assets when required.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure accurate delivery of the desired media message to consumers.
- Stay updated with industry research, including distribution and audience figures.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Paid Digital Marketing, with a focus on lead generation and online traffic using Facebook and Google Ads
- Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads/Analytics/Tag Manager
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Ads for Search Engine Marketing
- Extensive experience in campaign management and optimization that drives lead generation and sales
- Strong knowledge of online measurement and performance indicators. Ability to analyze campaign data and extract insights
- Google Ads certification, Advanced Google Analytics certification, and Facebook Blueprint
- Excellent copywriting skills for advertisements
- Adaptable, quick learner, and capable of working independently while proactively seeking assistance when needed
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss data and results confidently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices in internet marketing
