**Position Overview**: As a Sales Associate at Koko Beach, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your sales skills and leadership abilities. This hands-on training program will provide you with valuable experience and knowledge to excel in the sales industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, gain insights into customer preferences, and contribute to our goal of expanding our sales and service industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in promoting and selling our Canadian-built Coast Spas Hot Tubs and accessories.
- Learn and implement effective sales techniques to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer experiences, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are open to considering motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for the hot tub industry and willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for sales events or client visits.
- Online Advertising / Marketing Skills preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks Accounting (Intuit Inc.) preferred.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
