Valard Construction LP is seeking qualified **Red Seal Journeymen & Apprentice Powerline Technicians 3rd & 4th Year **to join our team at Southern and Central Ontario (**Windsor, Chatham-Kent, London**). We are looking for self-motivated, team player, dedicated individuals who are willing to work as part of a dynamic team that provides crucial support to Valard’s projects.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Red Seal Journeymen & Apprentice Powerline Technicians
- DZ license minimum, preference given to AZ license.
- 25kV Rubber Glove
- First Aid and CPR
- Working at Heights
- Familiar with operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment.
- Experience in maintenance and construction of both transmission and distribution lines, coupled with the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Willing to travel and work extended hours.
- Safety oriented
- Familiar with climbing both wood and steel structures
- Experience/training in craning and rigging.
- All other related duties as assigned by the Foreman or Senior Valard Team member.
- Positive Attitude and good work ethic.
