Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pantry Cook to join our team. As a Pantry Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and presentation of food items. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and appetizers
- Follow recipes and ensure that all food items are prepared according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area, including refrigerators, freezers, and storage spaces
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the kitchen manager of any shortages or discrepancies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist in the preparation of special dietary requests or accommodations as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food service, and food safety practices
- Proficient in basic cooking techniques and meal preparation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
