**Who We're Looking For**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern who's eager to dive into the world of social media and help grow our brand's presence. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, particularly in creating engaging content, forming partnerships, and enhancing our social media footprint. If you're passionate about making a difference, have a flair for creativity, and are ready to take on the responsibility of shaping our social media narrative, we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity to gain experience and be your own brand manager.

**What You'll Do**:

- Craft and schedule compelling social media posts.
- Engage with our community and potential marketing partners.
- Produce and edit videos showcasing our cleaners, happy clients, & cleaning practices.
- Write blog posts that highlight our commitment to health and the environment.
- Connect with local media outlets and associations to promote our brand.

**Pay**
Because we are a new and growing enterprise, our marketing efforts are currently paid by commission only. This opportunity allows you to work as an independent contractor, earning a commission for each client that comes our way through your social media endeavors and partnerships. While this role offers significant earning potential for those who can effectively engage our target audience, it requires dedication and creativity to ensure success. **We want to make clear that there is no base wage for this position.**

Nous recherchons un stagiaire en marketing enthousiaste, désireux de plonger dans le monde des médias sociaux et d'aider à accroître la présence de notre marque. Ce rôle est parfait pour quelqu'un qui cherche à acquérir une expérience pratique en marketing, particulièrement dans la création de contenu engageant, la formation de partenariats, et l'amélioration de notre empreinte sur les médias sociaux. **Ce que vous ferez**:
Créer et planifier des publications sur les médias sociaux captivantes.
Interagir avec notre communauté et des partenaires marketing potentiels.
Produire et éditer des vidéos présentant nos nettoyeurs, clients heureux, & pratiques de nettoyage.
Rédiger des articles de blog mettant en avant notre engagement pour la santé et l'environnement.
Se connecter avec des médias locaux et des associations pour promouvoir notre marque.

**Rémunération**
Comme nous sommes une entreprise nouvelle et en croissance, nos efforts de marketing sont actuellement rémunérés uniquement à la commission. Cette opportunité vous permet de travailler en tant que contractant indépendant, gagnant une commission pour chaque client qui vient à nous grâce à vos efforts sur les médias sociaux et partenariats. Bien que ce rôle offre un potentiel de gain significatif pour ceux qui peuvent efficacement engager notre public cible, il exige dévouement et créativité pour assurer le succès. **Nous voulons clarifier qu'il n'y a pas de salaire de base pour cette position.**
