**A day in the life of a Construction Administrator at Gray & Fick would resemble**:

- Attend a stand-up meeting with your scrum team to discuss yesterday’s challenges and plan for the day’s tasks
- Review relevant structural shop drawings for conformance to design intent
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction conforms to contract drawings
- Liaison with project stakeholders to solve site issues as necessary
- A daily break for a game of table tennis or foosball (if inclined)
- Attend one of Gray & Fick’s group events such as potlucks, lunch & learns, book club, etc.
- Participate in one of Gray & Fick’s charity causes such as blood drives, toy drives, food drives, or seasonal in-house charity events
- Issue Contemplated Change Orders and Site Instructions
- Conduct monthly draw reviews for projects
- Attend pre-construction meetings as required
- Review and respond to requests for information
- Site work as required
- Other duties as assigned/required
- At the end of the day, it is commonplace for our leadership to send staff members home to ensure work-life balance

**Minimum Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5 Years of industry experience
- Working knowledge of applicable Canadian Standards and Codes (OBC, NBC, Timber, Concrete, Steel, Masonry, etc...)
- Ability to read drawings
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of BlueBeam
- Creativity and innovation in finding solutions.
- Fluent in English

**Advantages**:
