En tant que conseiller beauté, vous fournirez un service amical et compréhensible à tous les clients des mondes de la couleur, des soins pour la peau et des parfums, et de l’espace caisse.
- Être passionné par les clients. Saluer avec enthousiasme tous les clients qui entrent dans le magasin. Fournir un service courtois et bien informé aux clients. Déterminer les besoins des clients et leur proposer des produits qui répondent à leurs besoins. Faire part de votre connaissance des produits aux clients, le cas échéant. Au besoin, réaliser des maquillages pour les clients.
- Assurer la formation et le perfectionnement. S’assurer que les membres nommés au sein de l’équipe ont réussi une formation « approfondie » sur la marque. Poursuivre activement l’apprentissage supplémentaire sur les produits, au besoin. Former d’autres conseillers beauté.
- Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle. Prendre part au contrôle des stocks. Communiquer les problèmes ou préoccupations au sujet des stocks au responsable. S’assurer de la conformité avec les politiques et les procédures d’échantillonnage. Être au courant des événements spéciaux et des animations au sein du magasin. Participer à des programmes visant à réduire les manques et les pertes. Les conseillers désignés doivent connaître les fonctions propres aux hôtes de caisse.

- Vous possédez un à trois ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la vente au détail ou des services.
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, et la capacité d’influencer avec clarté et concision les partenaires d’affaires à tous les échelons.
- Vous êtes prêt à accepter un horaire de travail souple et à travailler le jour, le soir et la fin de semaine.
