**Program Supervisor II, Intake and Respite Coordination Services**

- **The Role**_

Geneva Centre for Autism (GCA) is currently seeking a Program Supervisor II who will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of GCA’s Intake and Respite Coordination Service/Flex Fund programs.
- **Core Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:_
- Develop, execute, and maintain department’s service goals and services in alignment with the GCA’s mission, vision, and values
- Design the annual department plans for service offerings where appropriate (i.e. Family and community workshops, community outreach, parent support groups)
- Design service objectives and refine processes to support the department’s annual plans
- Develop and monitor program area practices, processes, and workflows service components
- _Provide day-to-day supervision of a multi-disciplinary team to include:_
- _Coaching, training, and evaluation of staff_
- _Scheduling_
- _Oversees day to day operations of program_
- _Conducts performance appraisals_
- _Identify staffing needs and/or gaps_
- _Participates in the recruitment, on-boarding, staff orientation and communicating performance expectations for new staff_
- _Ensures staff adhere to agencies policies, procedures and practices_
- _Ensures the health, safety, and wellness of staff_
- Liaise with community partners to ensure a good understanding of intake and respite services offered in the city of Toronto
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and their families to include addressing concerns, providing feedback, and collaborating with community agencies to support families
- Review monthly financial statements, flags Director of any potential issues
- Complete, summarize and analyze annual statistics, including customer satisfaction data
- Other duties as required.
- Completed University degree in a related field (i.e. psychology, social work or behavioural science)
- 3 years’ experience working within the Autism or Developmental sector, preferably in Intake and/or Service Coordination capacities
- 2 years’ of experience supervising employees
- Experience with program leadership within the social services sector required
- Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the sector as it applies to intake and respite
- Excellent problem-solving skills that can be applied in multiple situations
- Experience in setting priorities, developing work/program schedules, monitoring quality and reporting on program outcomes
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate and inspire others
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software
- Satisfactory current Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
