Bonis & Company Ltd. is a family run agricultural support business located in Lindsay Ontario. We are looking for the right individual to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position that reports to our Operations Manager. **The wage for this role is negotiable based on experience.**
- The ability to supervise workers, perform and oversee the completion of tasks delegated by the Operations Manager
- Experience with maintenance of a variety of different types of equipment
- The ability to operate and troubleshoot automated and manual production and packaging equipment
- The ability to effectively communicate, write, read, comprehend, and follow complicated verbal and written instructions

To excel in the position, you must:

- Perform troubleshooting in all areas of the facility as required.
- Assist in making adjustments or mechanical repairs to production equipment.
- Be physically able to perform all required activity including but not limited to standing for long periods, climbing, lifting, bending, reaching, twisting and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions,
- Be prepared to work extended hours (8+ hours) Monday to Friday and be willing to work weekends, when required, during peak demand periods

Education/Experience level preferred:

- Previous experience in agriculture or manufacturing considered an asset
- Lift truck experience considered an asset
- Tractor experience preferred
