We are looking for an Account Manager to join a newly formed team. The main purpose of the role will be to nurture, retain and grow allocated client accounts. You’ll be the client’s principal point of contact within the agency, and you’ll be asked to provide an exceptional client experience to both their key stakeholders and their guests.

This role requires strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across our global offices (Los Angeles and London) and our international client portfolio. Working directly with the Project Management, Production and Creative teams, you will provide strategy and consistency in the client journey by overseeing project teams and ensuring client requirements and requests are included across all deliverables. Financially, you’ll be responsible for the profitability and growth of the account.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de comptes pour rejoindre notre nouvelle équipe à Montréal. Les tâches principales de ce poste sont d'entretenir, de conserver et de développer les comptes de nos clients. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients, où vous fournirez une expérience client exceptionnelle à nos collaborateurs.

Ce poste requiert de fortes compétences en communication afin de faciliter la collaboration entre nos bureaux (Los Angeles et Londres) et notre portefeuille de clients internationaux. Travaillant directement avec les équipes de gestion de projet, de production et de création, vous fournirez une stratégie et une cohérence dans le parcours du client en supervisant les équipes de projet et en veillant à ce que les exigences et les demandes des clients soient incluses dans tous les produits livrables. Sur le plan financier, vous serez responsable de la profitabilité et de la croissance du compte.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
