**Shop Labourer - Lead**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide the labourer team.
- Setting daily and weekly goals for the team and hitting those targets.
- Taking responsibility for key objectives within the company.
- Wash equipment and general housekeeping tasks.
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Committed to a safe work environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, pressure filled environment.
- Work under tight deadlines, doing repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding environment, needing manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye co-ordination.
- Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Shop cleaning and warehouse organization when instructed.
- Available to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:

- Must have experience in a supervisor or lead role.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Skidsteer or forklift experience an asset.
- Able to lift 50lbs (23 Kg).
- Must have own transportation as location is not serviced by public transportation.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
