**Role**:
As an LCC Sales Coordinator, this position is responsible for administration, contract compliance reporting/audits, and sales/customer service of LCC customers. With a focus on building customer relationships, promoting Sysco’s products and services and exceeding customer expectations.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to a territory of LCC customers
- Execute all support administrative services to LCC customers and KAR’s.
- Provide direct customer service to support KAR with new products, conversions, product availability / substitutions.
- Use Problem-solving techniques to identify, root causes and provide feasible solutions.
- Maintain compliance based on contractual agreements.
- Ensures implementation of and compliance with all applicable regulations/laws and company policies, including but not limited to Food Safety Policy, SOP’s & regulations, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Antitrust policies and regulations, etc.
- Keeps an up-to-date LCC log control sheet of all tenders quoted for audit purposes.
- Attend Sysco/Customer events.
- Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
- Is willing to work safely with mínimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
- Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you)**:

- 3-5 years of Sales experience, Contract experience an asset.
- High school diploma required.
- Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- A results-oriented team player with a commitment to customer service
- Strong administration skills
- Strong Computer literacy skills
- Ability to provide best in class customer service.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare customer needs and related products
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle may be required.
