**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead the Project Management Team (PMT) to ensure successful project execution by clearly communicating Client requirements and expectations.
- Set individual goals for alignment with corporate, client, and project requirements, ensuring adherence to the Project Management Manual and Quality Assurance.
- Manage and update the Rally Project Management Manual, ensuring compliance within the organization.
- Support Business Development to secure new work from potential clients.
- Ensure project teams are adequately resourced and balanced; oversee personnel assignments and forecast departmental needs.
- Lead performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning for direct reports.
- Review and approve non-billable hours, ensuring mínimal project impact.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project stages.
- Monitor quality management processes to ensure project compliance with corporate and client standards.
- Guide PMs in ensuring projects meet profit margins, operational targets, and corporate revenue goals.
- Act as a liaison between clients and PMs, maintaining productive, profitable relationships while managing client expectations.
- Oversee project financial management, ensuring adherence to approved hours, invoicing, and fiscal responsibility.

- Proficient in risk management techniques
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Registration with governing provincial body; engineering stamp required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
