- Report to the Manager, Fleet Operations.
- Lead sales growth of AMA's towing equipment, accessories, and parts programs to the towing industry and CAA Clubs across Canada through Towshop.ca.
- Lead and promote new equipment builds for external clients to expand revenue streams.
- Building and optimizing the sales funnel by clearly articulating goals, identifying the target audience, creating awareness, converting sales, and maintaining customer retention.
- Manage and prioritize all aspects of fleet maintenance activities in Edmonton to ensure prompt, safe, and reliable Roadside Assistance (RSA) services.
- Provide leadership to the fabrication facility team including fleet mechanics and ensure they have the necessary training, tools, and equipment for timely service to AMA members.
- Develop and provide efficient processes for maintenance, fabrication, and repair procedures, including timely documentation.

- Management of Account Receivables for work provided for clients, communicating with customers regarding billing inquiries, and regular review of the accounts receivable aging report.
- Monitor sales data, analyze client interactions, and recommend additions to the website.

**WHAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You have a high school diploma.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in effective team leadership, ideally in industrial sales or client relationship management.
- The following certificates and licenses would be an asset:

- Business management certification
- Journeyman Mechanic (Canadian Red Seal)
- AMVIC Automotive Salesperson Certificate
- You have a proven track record of leading sales growth through client acquisition, customer retention, and expanding revenue streams.
- You have demonstrated experience contributing to business tactics and strategies with a thorough knowledge and understanding of diverse operational needs.
- You have experience in operations, analysis, planning and process improvement.
- You have experience with performance management (goal setting, measuring, monitoring and execution skills).
- You’ve proven that you know how to get high-quality results and foster positive relationships with various stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU'LL GET**
- Competitive salary.
