In this role, you'll collaborate with our top-notch operations and field service leaders, directly reporting to our Manager of Project Management. **Responsibilities**:
- Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.- Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, and risk management.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them and acting as the key contact for the customer.- Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed.- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow.- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, working as Project Manager for Electrical power generation, manufacturing, contracting and distribution, ideally with North America.- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.- Sound knowledge of both low and medium voltage Switchgear and the market.-
- Management experience in project execution, with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills.- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education required.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
