We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with our outstanding operations and field service leaders, reporting directly to our Manager of Project Management. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plan documents for scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress to uphold best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, and risk management.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and serving as the primary contact for the customer.
- Manage the project based on agreed requirements, ensuring all targets are achieved, and relevant guidelines are adhered to.
- Supervise project finances, tracking project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
- Facilitate formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer acknowledgment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably as a Project Manager in Electrical power generation, manufacturing, contracting, and distribution, particularly in North America.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Proficiency in both low and medium voltage Switchgear and the corresponding market.
- Familiarity and experience with ERP systems, MS Project, MS Office applications, and previous exposure to Project Management systems.
- Project execution management experience, with exceptional communication, influencing, and coaching abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven capability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
