Village Juicery is seeking a talented and hardworking Junior Bookkeeper to join our team We are a fast-growing, health-focused company with a passion for creating products that make people feel great. As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for handling all the typical bookkeeping tasks. You should be comfortable working with numbers, have strong attention to detail, and be a quick learner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Record financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accounting aptitude test will be conducted during the interview process

- ****The wage range for this position is $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
