**Who you are**:

- You enjoy interacting and working with people including staff, guests, and contractors and you understand the complexities of the daily tasks in this type of role.
- You have a minimum of at least 3 years supervising staff, previous experience in a campground or RV setting would be considered an asset.
- You have exceptional customer service skills and lead by example.
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate where necessary and manage multiple job functions.
- You have a valid driver’s license.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling and supervising the grounds staff and their daily routines and responsibilities;
- Routine maintenance and minor repairs to property buildings, equipment, facilities and roads;
- All aspects of property maintenance - grass cutting, trimming, weeding, brush and leaf and debris removal;
- Ensure property is always presentable and inviting;
- Check condition of sites prior to and after guest occupancy;
- Maintains rules and regulations of the properties, addresses any guests that are not in compliance;
- Maintenance of vacant sites - removal of trash and debris;
- Assist in preparation of special events and activities;
- Inspect and maintain recreational amenities to ensure proper safety standards are met, completing any minor repairs as needed;
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site when completing tasks;
- Continuously provide strong customer service to prospective and current guests;
- Daily pool testing and maintenance;
- Act in park manager stead during their vacations or days off;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, some weekends and evenings are required;
- Other duties as assigned.
