Dental Practice Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Dental Practice Manager.
The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring a full schedule, running a well-organized office and ultimately creating an environment where patients are very satisfied. This position is responsible for the smooth function of the office, providing general supervision, leadership, and mentoring of the employee team. The Practice Manager implements policies and procedures and establishes annual, monthly, weekly, and daily performance goals for the practice. The Practice Manager provides planning and direction to achieve the office and company goals.
